Randa Mubarak is a Senior Quantity Surveyor and Planner at rmc and for 14 years, she has worked in several of the top ranked Engineering Houses of Expertise as a senior technical office engineer, quantity surveyor, planner, cost estimator, proposals evaluator, and as a coordinator for project management. The skills that she developed during this time have prepared her well for a position within rmc in 2014. As she prepared numerous International Standard; planning schedules; Tender Documents; BOQ’s; Specifications (CSI-2004/ 2012); Cost Estimations/Analysis for several projects in Egypt and in Arab Gulf Region. Through fourteen years, her specialized expertise has served her well in QS and technically complicated and significant projects. Ms. Mubarak has worked on and has been responsible for a large variety of building types both in the Arab Gulf Region and Egypt. Ms. Mubarak personal, technical and leadership capabilities were recognized early in his career. Her responsibilities included the work on site and office. In 2004, she had joined The consultancy firm and worked as a technical office engineer up to 2009. In 2009, she had joined to MZECH until 2013. In 2013, she has joined with Misr Consultant office to 2014. In her career, she has worked on a wide variety of projects worth many hundreds of millions of dollars. She has been involved in the tender process and evaluations for resorts and hotels, sports facilities, retail (malls and shops), residential (mixed-use, apartments, and villas), educational facilities (university, primary and secondary).
