Mr. Omar Samir has more than 16 years of experience in civil works, finishing works, infrastructure, road and coordinator in roads, highways and infrastructure (design and supervision) in many projects located in Saudi Arabia, Qatar, Oman and Egypt. In-depth knowledge of ASSHTO and MOT standards and contract documents, project management, report and proposal writing, excellent communicator with good interpersonal and problem solving skills, Self-starter and has the ability to work with minimal direction and in an interactive team atmosphere, Excellent experience in quality control for concrete, asphalt pavement, and material testing, Excellent experience in design of concrete & asphalt mix and excellent experience in site quality control (all site tests) - for both road and concrete projects. Performing project management plans according to time and budget to meet objective. Following up work progress and schedule (two week look ahead) in order to meet mile stone targets. Review claims and snag list from contractor. Compile the financial arrangements including the changes in quantities and recalculations. Perform and follow NCR document for constructions. Experience in site quality controlling and mentoring contractor performance for all stages and phases of construction. Manage, review, and submitting all documents and materials delivered from contractor to meet target plan, preparation of design report, progress report, work plan, time schedule and coordination of minutes of meetings.
