Mr. El-Hady’s professional experience is gained through hard working over about 26 years. This extensive experience covers engineering of sub and super structures comprises concrete and steel elements for about 4 years out of 26. The design has covered different types of projects such as bridges (reinforced concrete, cable stayed, pre-stressed concrete), tunnels, silos, power plants, and water treatment plants. Technical experience was enhanced through process of detailed workshop drawings. Then, experience was extended to involve leading and managing physical execution on sites either in industrial (power plants, cement plants, medical appliances factory, and airport’s terminals) and/or real estate fields. Yet, project management experience was gained through management positions as either site and/or project/projects manager within first class contracting companies for about 15 years out of 26. Professional experience was extended to involve contract administration issues as Contracts Manager for more than recent 7 years out of 26 within first class firms working either in contracting or consulting fields. During such 7 years, common types of FIDIC (Red, Yellow, Grey and White) contract formats covering different editions were exercised in additional to other traditional/non-traditional formats. Establishment and elaboration of bidding documents including contract conditions, technical/financial evaluation processes were also exercised through numerous mega industrial and real estate projects. Eventually, it is worth mentioning that two cases of arbitration were exercised in CRCICA and participated therein as claimant in one and respondent in the other, both were won.

Mr. El-Hady joined rmc as the Contracts Manager since end of 2011. In his career, he has worked on a wide variety of projects worth many billions of Egyptian Pounds. He has been involved in elaboration of Tender Documents regarding Instructions to Bidders (ITB) and pertinent contractual conditions in additional to subsequent negotiations and formalizing construction contracts for resorts and hotels, sports facilities, retail (malls and business parks), residential (mixed-use, apartments, and villas), educational facilities (university), and medical facilities (specialized and common hospitals).
