Mrs. Ghadeer is a Project Manager with over 25 years of experience in preparing high quality of Architectural Designs, in addition to her active coordination with different disciplines.

 

She has performed many roles during her professional career starting as Architect, Team Leader, Project Architect, Senior Architect, and ultimately to a Project Manager.

 

During her career, Mrs. Ghadeer is very thorough; she always pays attention to every detail. She has constantly been an efficient member in any project team showing excellent leadership and negotiation skills, in addition to her capabilities of developing and maintaining strong business relationships with clients and stakeholders.

 

Furthermore, she is exceedingly interested in the Value Engineering studies that she developed by learning and acquiring the Associate Degree as a first step, and end-up to a Value Methodology Consultant who can perform and lead Value Engineering workshops.
